Shipping Policy

At Adele Green, we do our best to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible so that you will not have any surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.

Order Cancellation Policy

 We are proud of our ability to quickly process all orders that are placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please email us at as soon as possible.

 The vast majority of items in stock are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is imperative that you contact us during this time so that we can attempt to cancel your order before it is processed and/or shipped. 

No request to cancel your order will be considered if it has already been processed.

Address Error

It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of this address and to contact us very quickly to inform us of any changes. This change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.

 We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information. We are also not responsible for refused or undeliverable orders (inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses...).

In the later cases, these packages may be returned to us, but not always.

 If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of your order deducted from the shipping costs or we will offer you a reshipment, depending on your choice.

 You are not eligible for reshipment or refund of your order until your package has been received by the sender.

 Delivery Time

The delivery time for orders is divided into two parts:

Processing time : Order checking, adaptation, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for shipment within 12 hours of the order. The manufacturer and the courier service process the orders, which usually  takes an additional 3 days.

Shipping Time : This represents the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to their destination. Our parcels circulate with Royal Mail, we do not work with relay points. After being processed and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 10 and 22 business days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer in busy periods.

COVID-19 : Due to the current global pandemic, logistics are behind schedule, resulting in delays in shipping times. We are currently shipping our products directly from our manufacturer overseas to save time. In the event that we are closed and unable to ship, we will ship your orders as quickly as possible. In the meantime, orders are still being processed and shipped daily. Please allow extra time for your deliveries if the situation changes. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in case of events beyond our control.

Tracking : Once your order has been packed and left our warehouse, you will be emailed a tracking number.
